Hello, I'm Fiona Gaskin, and I specialise in making traditonal home baking, from Danish Apple Cake to Lemon Drizzle. I can bake you a special 'made with love' cake for your small occasion or a collection of home bakery delights for a wedding, birthday, afternoon tea party or a small business affair.
